Cupar Development Trust are working on a Community Action Plan covering the catchment area of Bell Baxter School - and see the electronic version of the poster/flyer available above with a QR code link to a survey above. A drop-in event is being scheduled for 8 May, details to follow.  The consultation will finish later in May so people can still add their views, ideas and observations beyond that date.
