Theft of electric fencing and trailer

Fraser Laird reports:

"Sometime between 1730 hours on the 10th November and 0830 hours on the 11th November a quantity of electric fencing and a transformer were stolen from a field near to Cupar. It is possible that a small blue van (not further described) with the letters CSY in the registration number was seen in the area of the field on the evening of the 10th November. This may or may not be relevant to the theft but if you have any information on this vehicle or may have seen it elsewhere please contact the Police by telephoning 101.

Although not strictly rural I have included the following theft as it relates to an Ifor Williams trailer.

Between 1630 hours on the 10th November and 0730 hours on the 11th November a TT252 Ifor Williams trailer was stolen from the Cowdenbeath area. Within the trailer was a yellow Lumag MD 350 dumper truck which was damaged on the left hand side. A light coloured Renault Espace vehicle (not further described) was seen in the area around 0430 in the morning of the 11th November reversing into the area where the trailer was stored. If you have any information on this vehicle please contact the Police by telephoning 101.

Regards, Fraser.”
