Theft of cordless drill

Fraser Laird’s latest Ruralwatch alert:

"Sometime between 1800 hours on the 2nd January and 1000 hours on the 3rd January a wooden shed within the grounds of a cottage near to Leuchars was broken into.

The door of the shed was forced open at the top causing damage to the hinges and there were marks on the window frame indicating that an attempt had been made with a jemmy or similar to force open the window. A cordless green and grey coloured Ryobi 18 volt drill was stolen from within.

Please have a close look at the security of your sheds and outhouses and take action, if required, to make them more secure. If you require any advice on this matter please do not hesitate to contact me directly on the telephone number below.
